Installation service fee - Bathtub (Length under 1.5m)

Professional on‑site installation service for INFINITE bathtubs with length under 1.5 m, carried out by two qualified plumbers engaged as external contractors for INFINITE installations.

Service scope – included

• Site check of the floor and surrounding area to confirm suitability for bathtub installation, including floor level, structural support, drainage position and access for plumbing.

• Positioning and marking of the bathtub according to the approved design drawing and recommended layout, ensuring correct alignment with walls, finishes and access panels.

• Leveling of the bathtub using adjustable feet / supports where provided, and shimming if required, to ensure a stable, non‑rocking installation.

• Connection of the INFINITE drain kit and provided waste pipe to the prepared floor drain, including trap installation and leak testing. For most INFINITE bathtubs, the overflow is built‑in inside the tub; the installer will connect the waste system accordingly.

• Functionality and drainage check after connection, confirming that water drains out smoothly and completely without pooling, and that there are no visible leaks at the waste connections.

• Application of sanitary‑grade silicone around the base or at wall junctions where required by the design, to stabilise the tub and achieve a neat, water‑resistant finish.

• Basic cleaning of the work area after installation and briefing the customer on care, daily use and maintenance recommendations for INFINITE solid‑surface bathtubs.

  Note: Installers are external contractors engaged for INFINITE installations and are not INFINITE employees. They handle drain connection only within the immediate bathtub area (from existing prepared outlets to the tub). Installation of bath fillers / faucets and connection of water supply hoses are not included and must be arranged separately by the customer or their plumber. Any relocation of drain or water points, floor modification, or new plumbing works beyond this area are not included.

Customer responsibilities / prerequisites

To ensure a smooth installation for bathtubs (under 1.5 m), please confirm and prepare the following before the installation date:

• Floor fully completed, level and structurally adequate to support the full weight of the INFINITE bathtub when filled with water and in use, according to the approved technical drawings.

• All demolition, tile work, waterproofing and floor works completed prior to installation, with the floor ready to receive the bathtub.

• The installation area is fully cleared of old bathtubs, furniture and debris, with clear access to the floor and plumbing points.

• Drain and water supply points are already in place according to the approved INFINITE technical drawings / layout, with the drain center correctly positioned for the selected tub model.

• All required products (bathtub, bath filler / faucet, trap, valves, etc.) are delivered and on site before the installation day. INFINITE bathtubs are supplied with the drain kit and provided waste pipe; the overflow is mostly built‑in inside the bathtub. The drain pipe and trap must be provided by the customer. Bath filler / faucet installation and water supply hose connection are not included in this service and must be arranged separately.

Not included in this service

• Installation of bath fillers / faucets and connection of water supply hoses.

• Any floor cutting, reinforcement, levelling or structural modification works.

• Relocation of drain or water points, or new plumbing works beyond the immediate bathtub connection area.

• Removal of existing bathtubs, vanities, tiles, screens or general demolition.

• Electrical works, lighting, shower screens or mirror cabinet installation unless specified in a separate package.
