Installation service fee (2-Piece Toilet)

Professional on-site installation service for 2-Piece Toilets, carried out by qualified external contractors engaged for INFINITE Toilet installations.

Service scope – included

• Site check of the bathroom area to confirm suitability for the 2-piece toilet, including floor condition and level, structural support, toilet outlet position, water supply point, installation space and clearance from surrounding fixtures.

• Positioning and marking of the toilet according to the approved layout, recommended installation position and alignment with the bathroom floor, wall lines and surrounding sanitaryware.

• Installation of the toilet onto the prepared floor and connection to the existing prepared soil or drain outlet using the supplied or approved sealing components.

• Installation of the cistern onto the toilet, including fitting the supplied cistern components, flush mechanism, inlet valve, flush button or lever and connecting hardware, where applicable.

• Connection of the pre-purchased toilet water supply hose to the prepared water supply point, including installation of the supplied or customer-provided isolation valve where applicable.

• Application of sanitary-grade silicone or approved sealant around the toilet base where required, to secure the toilet in the approved position and achieve a neat, water-resistant junction.

• Connection and testing of the toilet water supply, cistern filling, flush operation, water flow, drainage and waste connection, including leak testing around the pan, cistern, inlet connection and outlet connection.

• Adjustment of the inlet valve, flush mechanism and water level where required to ensure proper filling and flushing performance.

• Final level, stability and alignment check to ensure the toilet is securely installed, visually straight and properly aligned with the wall and surrounding fixtures.

• Basic cleaning of the work area after installation and briefing the customer on care, daily use and maintenance recommendations for the 2-piece toilet.

Customer responsibilities / prerequisites

To ensure a smooth installation for the 2-piece toilet, please confirm and prepare the following before the installation date:

• The bathroom floor is fully completed, level, structurally sound and suitable to support the toilet and cistern according to the approved technical drawings or layout.

• All demolition, tile work, waterproofing, flooring, wall finishing and related bathroom works are completed before installation, with the installation area ready to receive the toilet.

• The existing soil or drain outlet is installed at the correct position and height according to the approved INFINITE technical drawings or layout.

• The water supply point is already installed at the correct location and is accessible for connection.

• The installation area is fully cleared of old toilets, sanitaryware, furniture, packaging and debris, with clear access to the floor, toilet outlet and water supply point.

• Sufficient clearance is provided around the toilet for installation, use, cleaning, maintenance and access to the cistern and isolation valve.

• All required products and components, including the toilet, cistern, flush mechanism, inlet valve, flush button or lever, toilet seat, water supply hose, isolation valve, outlet seal, fixing kit and other accessories, are delivered and on site before the installation day.

• Any required floor reinforcement, outlet relocation, pipe adjustment, concealed cistern preparation or other preparatory works are completed before installation.

• After installation, the customer must inspect the 2-piece toilet for any water leakage, unstable movement, incomplete flushing, slow drainage, continuous water flow or other functional problems. Any concerns must be reported to INFINITE within 72 hours of installation, together with relevant photos or videos where applicable. If no concerns are reported within this period, the installation will be deemed completed and accepted by the customer. Any subsequent adjustment, follow-up visit or rectification requested by the customer that is not attributable to an installation defect or the installer’s workmanship may be subject to additional charges.

Not included in this service

• Relocation, modification or installation of the soil or drain outlet.

• Relocation, modification or installation of the water supply point, concealed pipework, isolation valve or other plumbing services beyond the immediate toilet connection area.

• Floor cutting, chasing, levelling, reinforcement, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, plastering or other floor and wall preparation works.

• Installation or modification of concealed cisterns, wall-hung toilet frames, bidet systems or in-wall plumbing unless specifically stated in a separate package.

• Removal or disposal of existing toilets, sanitaryware, tiles, flooring, furniture or general demolition debris.

• Repair of defective, blocked, damaged, leaking or non-compliant existing plumbing, soil outlets, water supply points or floor surfaces.

• Supply of the 2-piece toilet, toilet seat, flush components, water supply hose, isolation valve, outlet seal, fixing kit or other accessories unless specifically stated in the quotation.

• Installation of bidet seats, electronic toilet seats, washlet systems, bidet sprays, additional water filters or other accessories not supplied with the 2-piece toilet.

• Any cabinet, vanity, mirror, lighting or electrical installation works.

• Any works required to correct poor drainage, inadequate ventilation, insufficient installation clearance or unsuitable existing bathroom conditions.
