Installation service fee - Wall Mounted Washbasin (Length under 1.2M)

Professional on‑site installation service for INFINITE wall‑mounted washbasins up to 1.2 m in length, carried out by qualified external contractors engaged for INFINITE installations.

Service scope – included

• Site check of the wall to confirm suitability for wall‑mounted installation, including structure, level, fixing points, drainage position and water supply point.
• Positioning and marking of the basin according to the approved design drawing, recommended ergonomic height and alignment with surrounding finishes.
• Drilling and installation of wall fixings / brackets for the basin, using appropriate anchors for the wall construction (solid wall or suitable reinforced partition).
• Mounting and levelling of the wall‑hung basin body, ensuring stable support, correct level, and precise alignment with adjacent furniture, mirrors and tiles.
• Level check of the installed basin to confirm it is correctly aligned and visually straight in relation to surrounding finishes.
• Connection of the basin waste outlet to the prepared drain pipe, including trap installation and leak testing.
• Connection of the pre‑purchased basin mixer / faucet and water supply hoses, followed by functionality, pressure and leakage checks, and confirming that water drains out smoothly and completely without standing water in the basin. The drain pipe and trap must be provided by the customer; INFINITE basins are supplied with the pop‑up drain only.
• Application of sanitary‑grade silicone between basin and wall where required for a neat, water‑resistant finish.
• Basic cleaning of the work area after installation and briefing the customer on care, daily use and maintenance recommendations for INFINITE solid‑surface basins

Note: Installers are external contractors engaged for INFINITE installations and are not INFINITE employees. They handle pipe connection only within the immediate basin area (from existing prepared outlets to the basin and faucet). Any relocation of drain or water points, or new plumbing works beyond this area, are not included.

Customer responsibilities / prerequisites

To ensure a smooth installation, please confirm and prepare the following before the installation date:

• Wall type confirmed as solid wall suitable for wall‑mounted basin installation. Our installers do not carry out structural checks or wall reinforcement works.
• All demolition, tile work, waterproofing and wall preparation completed prior to installation.
• The installation area is fully cleared of old basins, cabinets, furniture and debris, with clear access to the wall and plumbing points.
• Drain and water supply points are already in place according to the approved INFINITE technical drawings / layout.
• All required products (basin, faucet, waste, trap, valves, etc.) are delivered and on site before the installation day. INFINITE basins are supplied with the pop‑up drain only; the drain pipe and trap must be provided by the customer.

Not included in this service

• Any wall reinforcement, structural modification or carpentry works.
• Relocation of drain or water points, or new plumbing works beyond the immediate basin connection area.
• Removal of existing basins, vanities, mirrors, tiles or general demolition.
• Electrical works, lighting or mirror cabinet installation unless specified in a separate package.
